We sent the survey to 430 integrators in July 2023, and received a response rate of 11%. When every single respondent emphasizes the importance of culture-fit in their hires, it signals that integration firms recognize that skills alone aren't enough. To truly thrive within a team, a prospective hire's values, attitudes, and vision must align with the company's ethos.

        How customizable are the packages? Can we adjust them halfway through if hiring needs change?
        While our packages are designed to address common hiring needs, we understand that situations can change. Although the packages themselves are not customizable, we offer the flexibility to purchase multiple packages or upgrade your existing package if your hiring needs evolve during the year. Our goal is to provide a solution that accommodates your business needs, even as they change.
        Does Amplify People assist in onboarding or provide post-hire support?

        While the primary focus of Amplify People is to identify, vet, and present the top 2-3 candidates for your consideration, the final interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding process will be handled by your executive team or hiring manager. Our expertise lies in utilizing our hiring processes and methodologies to find the best candidates who align with your company culture and values.

        We are excited to share that in 2024, we will be expanding our services to include support related to employee retention and company culture, which will further assist your team in fostering a positive and productive work environment for long-term growth.

        What happens if a hire doesn't work out? Is there any form of guarantee or follow-up support?
        We understand that not every hire will be a perfect fit, despite the best efforts of all parties involved. Unfortunately, the payment for the Amplify People service is non-refundable, and we currently do not offer any form of guarantee if a hire that you make from the candidates we present doesn’t work out. However, we are deeply committed to improving our services and would value any feedback regarding the situation to help us refine our processes and deliver better results in the future.
        Given that you work exclusively in the AV and Custom Integration industry, how will you ensure that you aren't poaching or cycling talent within the same industry niche?

        Our approach to recruiting and hiring is strategic and ethical. We primarily employ an inbound strategy that attracts applicants through carefully crafted job postings and strategic networking. While we may tap into the pool of suitable candidates in related industries (such as the electrical industry), we hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards and pledge not to headhunt or poach employees from other businesses within the CI channel.

        Our commitment is to foster a healthy and supportive ecosystem within the industry while helping our clients find the right talent to drive their businesses forward.

        How will you handle confidentiality and proprietary information during the recruitment process?
        Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding proprietary information is very important to us. To ensure this, we’ll enact a confidentiality agreement before any detailed discussions take place. This is a critical step in our process to protect your business interests. Additionally, we operate with the highest ethical standards and commit to not using any knowledge gained during the recruitment process against you or in favor of your competition.
